Casual Family Portrait Session at Golden Hour in Humboldt Park in Chicago

I had the best evening with this family. Some of my favorite shoots are when we don’t have too many plans- we just walk around and explore. The sunset lit up this October evening, adding golden hues to everything! The kiddos had so much fun climbing to the top of the hill at Humboldt Park, and I was loving the willow tree we stumbled upon. We got the very last light. Normally I like to schedule these sessions not so close to sunset, but because of their schedules, we had to set it for later. But it turned out so beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with our set of photos!
